I managed a project that had over 200 international guests that came to Barcelona for a conference/training.
My company took charge of:

• Destination and hotel search

• Hotel contract

• All communication with guests

• Communication with suppliers (hotel, caterers, av-partners, venues, …)

• 2 group dinners and 1 social event

• Ground transportation between airport and hotels

• Transportation to evening activities

• Communication regarding presentations, posters and abstracts
